Additional Information
All Airport transfers must be booked 24 hours before travel date, If you are making a reservation for Airport transfer service within 24 hours of your arrival time, please Contact Us. Your Airport transfers are done in an air-conditioned car, mini-van or bus depending on the size of your group.
After you have made your deposit we will send you a confirmation voucher with instructions for meeting your driver, your voucher will also state the duration of your journey, deposit amount and amount due upon your arrival.
Our airport transfers includes a rest stop if you desire!
All our drivers are natives who are trained, licensed and approved by the Jamaica Tourist Board to operate in the Tourism Industry. They are known to share their knowledge of Jamaica during your transfer which makes your travel time more pleasant, memorable and informative.
All our vehicles are inspected and licensed by the Jamaica Tourist Board and fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

We had an incredible experience with Karandas Tours company and with a short notice of the booking, we were able to secure our spot and the driver was ready at the airport for a warm welcome with our name banner. The driver was very friendly and very safe driver, it took about hour and a half to reach to our Ocho Rios from the Kingston airport and yeah other than that I would say very reliable company and Encouragement, sweeten labour!!

The service was good for both legs. The trips were comfortable, and on the trip from Kingston, the driver allowed to stop at a local spot to have lunch before continuing to the hotel which was appreciated.

Good Afternoon Dwight, just wanted to thank you for all of your assistance answering my questions and assisting us in booking our airport transfers and excursions in Jamaica.
Michael our driver was always on time and the perfect host. He met us at the airport and drove us through a pretty bad storm going to Ocho Rios. He was very helpful in assistance us at Blue Hole and Dunn’s River to get our tickets for entry and drive us safely back home.
I would highly recommend him and his professionalism.
We will definitely use your services on a return trip home….one love.

Our roundtrip airport transfers were good.
Alex (from NM Airport) was very informative and friendly.
I don’t remember the other driver’s name (from Excellence Oyster Bay). Although he was not very talkative and friendly as Alex, he did stop for us to get patties on the drive. My only “issue’ is that he went over bad road conditions with no regard so it did make some of the ride uncomfortable but maybe that was due to him rushing after making the patty pitstop.
Overall, it is a service I would use again as well as recommend.

Thanks for your email. Jerome was the absolute best person to have greeted us at the airport on a very later arrival.
Very friendly and funny, so easy to talk to and gave us a perfect introduction to Jamaica. We slept for some of the journey having got there quite late and when we arrived he stayed around to check we got checked in ok which was appreciated.
Hewart was equally as good on the way back, so friendly and a great sense of humour. I can’t say we were looking forward to a 4 hour journey in the middle of the day but he made it for us. He had great knowledge of the country and we learnt a lot. He brightened up a long journey!
As I said in my other email they are both a real credit to your company. I’ve used transfers in a number of countries but I have to say this was probably the best experience and it’s down to them.

A group of 6 contracted Karandas Tours as our airport transfer and an excursion to the Blue Hole. For each ride except one they were right on time. For our departure ride, the driver was running about 10 minuted behind (which was no issue) but Dwight sent me and email letting me know which i really appreciated.
They are professional, timely, and courteous to keep you in the loop and i absolutely recommend them!

The airport transfer was great! This was our first time flying into Kingston, so we weren’t sure what to expect. Rashine (spelling?) was magnificent! He was there waiting for us when we got through the airport. He was extremely kind and chatty, telling us all about the different areas we were passing. This was especially nice since we have heard the same information over and over again on the drive from Montego Bay. It was great to learn new stuff about a different area of Jamaica. He shared some of his fruit with us, which was excellent. I can’t remember what it was called, but I told him they were like “grapes on steroids.” We felt extremely safe with him and had zero concerns about the transfer from the moment he greeted us until he dropped us off. There was very little traffic and we made excellent time! We will definitely book with you again if we ever fly into Kingston or need any other services!

Shane was our driver from the airport, we had a guy take us to the blue hole
And we used your service for transportation back to the airport. Unfortunately we don’t remember all of the names. But each guy was very professional and courteous. Our group had a transfer to and from the Kingston airport to Couple San Souci.
Both rides were smooth and on time. The entire process was easy.
Both drivers were helpful and informative. We actually took to different routes so it was great to see more beautiful scenery.
Shane was our initial driver and made everything very comfortable and even allows us to make a stop before arriving at the resort.
Forgive me I cannot recall who our second driver was but he was also wonderful. Explained the areas and gave us history along the way.
Awesome experience! If I’m ever in the area, I will definitely use your services again!

We had a wonderful experience both with arrival and departure. The drivers were always on time we never had to wait, they assisted us with our luggage, and navigated the roads safely. The drivers were very knowledgeable and made sure to explain where we were and what we were seeing as we traveled across the beautiful country. I was extremely satisfied with the value. The company holds true to their claim of having the lowest quotes, but they also preserve quality of service. The pickup service was amazing! Both of them! The drop off was a bit stressful. I think we left Scotchie right before 11am and it took the driver a little bit over two hours to get us to the airport. There was a point where the driver was driving REALLY slow and then we hit a construction zone but luckily made it to the airport without a problem…just a bit stressed but made it home :)))))
The drivers were all very professional and informative as to touristy facts about Jamaica.
Thank you again! We plan to return to Scotchie so you will be our go-to person when scheduling the transportation. THAT’S A PROMISE!

Thank you very much for making our Jamaica trip so stress free when it came to transportation. Our driver Ricardo was nothing but the best. We talked the whole ride to the airport and it felt like family. He drove very safe and was very informative about the surroundings. Both drivers were great! The day that we left the driver was stuck in
traffic for a little. He tried to call (my signal was bad) so he
emailed me to let me know that he would be a few minutes late. They
told us a lot about the island and the different areas. They were very
accommodating and polite. We will definitely use Karandas Tours every
time we visit Jamaica.

Everything met my expectations. My flight arrived considerably late, but my driver was there to greet me when I finally arrived. The pickup for my return trip back to the airport was right on time. Both drivers were very friendly and informative about our surroundings during the drive.

On Airport to hotel driver was very friendly and we felt comfortable with him.
Hotel to Airport – Arranged at last minute due to my mistake. The driver turned up very quickly and was very polite and helpful. We were soon on our way in a very spacious vehicle.
The driver was very knowledgeable on the areas we were driving through and we had a pleasant chat on our journey. He took all the tolls and we arrived very comfortably in under 2 hours.
Overall both drivers were very pleasant and we are very happy to recommend Karandas Tours.

I must say that the service you provided was excellent ,from the pick up at the airport even though the flight was delayed, your driver got us all a bottle of water each which was much appreciated at the time. Both drivers were very helpfull very amusing and told us much about Jamaica during the transfers . Thanks again for bringing my wife’s glasses to the resort which we left on the bus .I would definitely use your services again and as an employee of British airways will recommend you to colleagues visiting Jamaica , thanks again .

Just thought I would send you a quick note to thankyou for arranging our airport transfers. The driver (forgot his name again) was very attentative, made sure we were comfortable and was always giving us information on our way to the resort and back to the airport. We arrived in Kingston from the UK and was a little worried since we hadnever used a private transfer before. Karandas Tours were waiting for us as they promised. We knew in advance that we would have to pay the driver in fullfor our return transfer on our arrival in Kingston. Therefore, we worried again about our pick up from our hotel in Ocho Rios. All went very well and ourdriver picked us up dead on time as promised. Be prepared though, to tip which is fair, since Kingston to Ocho Rios and back is no hop, skip and jump. Thank you Karandas Tours and yes we will definately book again with you. I would like also to mention the lovely friendly service you provide on the telephone.
