Mar 24 & 30, 2024 Hi Dwight - Our driver, Ryan, did a great job taking us from MBJ to Whistling Bird on 3/24/24 and bring us back to MBJ on 3/30. Just wanted to let you know he was there waiting for us, on time, very pleasant, helpful and stopped by the Mega Mart and Bank ATM for us. We have used Karandas several times and is very reliable. Dec 28, 2023 We had an incredible experience with Karandas Tours company and with a short notice of the booking, we were able to secure our spot and the driver was ready at the airport for a warm welcome with our name banner. The driver was very friendly and very safe driver, it took about hour and a half to reach to our Ocho Rios from the Kingston airport and yeah other than that I would say very reliable company and Encouragement, sweeten labour!! Jan 6, 2024 We had a wonderful experience- both of the drivers were friendly, accommodating and professional. The only suggestion I would make is if you can provide a folding luggage trolley to transport the suitcases to the van. On our arrival, we elected to walk with our baggage to where the van was parked as the airport was packed with vehicles and if he brought the van to us we would have to wait quite a while. My father is elderly- in fact we came to Jamaica to celebrate his 80th birthday, and after the flight it was difficult for him to make the walk while somehow pushing our suitcases/ we also had a toddler with us. So I think a portable luggage trolley would be great if made available. We will certainly use your company again and refer our friends to you as well. Thanks again, Radhika

Dec 26-31, 2023 I hired Karandas Tours Chauffeur Services for 5 consecutive days. Our flight was on time and we quickly cleared immigration. Willie was outside to greet us. My group traveled to several locations throughout the island. We made a couple of last-minute changes to plans and we had an event that lasted well into the night. Willie made sure we arrived at each destination safely and on time. My children, ages 10 to 18 were fond of him too. We’ve been home a week and they still talk about Mr. Willie and say they feel like he’s a part of our family. I couldn’t agree more. Aug 24 & 31, 2023 Hello Dwight, Our roundtrip airport transfers were good. Alex (from NM Airport) was very informative and friendly. I don't remember the other driver's name (from Excellence Oyster Bay). Although he was not very talkative and friendly as Alex, he did stop for us to get patties on the drive. My only "issue' is that he went over bad road conditions with no regard so it did make some of the ride uncomfortable but maybe that was due to him rushing after making the patty pitstop. Mar 27 - April 1, 2023 We had the best time in Jamaica. We didn’t want to come home. Part of that was due to the fact that we completely trusted Willie and his ability to get us around the island. He was so gentle, kind, and friendly. We feel like we have a friend for life in Willie! Alex and Adrian were our transportation drivers from Karandas tours. They were so knowledgable and took us where we needed to go. Nov 23 & 30, 2022 Hi Dwight, Thanks for your email. Jerome was the absolute best person to have greeted us at the airport on a very later arrival. Very friendly and funny, so easy to talk to and gave us a perfect introduction to Jamaica. We slept for some of the journey having got there quite late and when we arrived he stayed around to check we got checked in ok which was appreciated. Hewart was equally as good on the way back, so friendly and a great sense of humour. I can’t say we were looking forward to a 4 hour journey in the middle of the day but he made it for us. He had great knowledge of the country and we learnt a lot. He brightened up a long journey! As I said in my other email they are both a real credit to your company. October 31, 2022 Hi Dwight Good morning. I hope this find you well. Our recent visit home to Jamaica for my high school reunion was wonderful and way too short. My daughter and I enjoyed the entire trip from start to finish. On our ride from Montego Bay airport to Bahia Principe, Runaway Bay on October 27th, we were part of the Ardis Chen See party and had the pleasure of riding with your driver Ewart (my apologies if I misspelled his name). He was very courteous and engaged in conversation with fun facts about places we were going by. He made the trip very memorable and made us feel very welcome. On our return journey to Mobay on the 31st, my daughter and I rode with Michael. He was very prompt in arriving at Bahia Principe and once again he was very courteous and engaged in conversation on our journey. My daughter and I felt very safe and well taken care of and I would definitely recommend Karandas Tours to friends and family, as well as use your company’s services for future trips. As a matter of fact on the morning of our departure, a friend Siobhan Beatty another attendee at the Reunion, found herself and her friend Kathleen in desperate need of a ride to Kingston for the next part of the Reunion. For some reason her cellphone wasn’t allowing her to call local numbers, so I called your office on my phone and she was able to arrange a ride to Kingston that same day. She was very relieved and pleased that Karandas was able to save the day. I spoke with her after I returned home and she too was very pleased with your service. Nov 16-24, 2022 We had almost 60 guests at our destination wedding in Negril, Jamaica. There were multiple airport transfers and other events. Howard and James did a wonderful job coordinating with me and with each other to ensure everything was covered. My guests had nothing but rave reviews for both of them. This is the second time I've used Karandas Tours while in Jamaica and certainly won't hesitate to use them again in the future! Thank you for the wonderful service.

A group of 6 contracted Karandas Tours as our airport transfer and an excursion to the Blue Hole. For each ride except one they were right on time. For our departure ride, the driver was running about 10 minuted behind (which was no issue) but Dwight sent me and email letting me know which i really appreciated. They are professional, timely, and courteous to keep you in the loop and i absolutely recommend them!

Oct 13, 2022 Hi Dwight, The airport transfer was great! This was our first time flying into Kingston, so we weren’t sure what to expect. Rashine (spelling?) was magnificent! He was there waiting for us when we got through the airport. He was extremely kind and chatty, telling us all about the different areas we were passing. This was especially nice since we have heard the same information over and over again on the drive from Montego Bay. It was great to learn new stuff about a different area of Jamaica. He shared some of his fruit with us, which was excellent. I can’t remember what it was called, but I told him they were like “grapes on steroids.” We felt extremely safe with him and had zero concerns about the transfer from the moment he greeted us until he dropped us off. There was very little traffic and we made excellent time! We will definitely book with you again if we ever fly into Kingston or need any other services! Jarrod

We booked round trip transportation from Kingston to Ocho Rios, our driver Dwight was waiting for us at the airport on time. On return from Ocho Rios to Kingston our driver picked us up on time @ 4:30am. Karandastours has the best prices. I would definitely use them again!!!! Thank You guys!!!!

June 13-18, 2022 Thank you for giving us a great driver and tour guide. Mr. Grant AKA “Granty” as we called him was awesome. Very patient and courteous. He was very informative on our excursions. He answered all our foolish questions about Jamaica and if he did not have an answer the next day he would give us the information on the Jamacian historical landmarks from the day before. We also loved that he followed all the rules and road codes proudly. We did not have to worry about speeding or improper overtaking, like the other vans we saw on the road. Rashane was an excellent and incredible asset to your company during our recent stay for the week in Jamaica. We always felt safe and guided whenever he took us around the island. Mar 13-17, 2022 Hi Dwight, We had the most amazing experience ever with our driver Rashane. He made our vacation everything we wanted and more. He accommodated us in every way, and he made sure we saw everything we wanted to. He was an amazing tour guide, taking us to places that we would have never known about if It weren’t for him! He took us to an amazing beach in Ocho Rios, and a beautiful place to see the sunset on the mountain. We all loved Rashane so much!!! We felt like local Jamaicans because of him. July 11 & 18, 2021 Dwight Our group had a transfer to and from the Kingston airport to Couple San Souci. Both rides were smooth and on time. The entire process was easy. Both drivers were helpful and informative. We actually took to different routes so it was great to see more beautiful scenery. Shane was our initial driver and made everything very comfortable and even allows us to make a stop before arriving at the resort. Forgive me I cannot recall who our second driver was but he was also wonderful. Explained the areas and gave us history along the way. Awesome experience! May 19-23, 2021 Dwight was great and very quick in responding when booking a driver. Dexter was extremely kind and accommodating when I would constantly change plans and times. He never got an attitude and was also there to pick us up early. Very patient and kind gentleman. We had Rayn for a day and he was wonderful! Dec 8-14, 2019 Our driver Moyston Williams was fantastic. He took very good care of us and looked after us at our excursions. He would always find a guide to care of us before we got out of the van or walk into the office with us to make sure we were taken care of. His driving was also great. He never took chances passing people like so many drivers do. We all felt very safe and comfortable when Willy was with us. This was the first time I have ever rented a van with driver and it was a great decision.

Our driver, Michael, was so amazing. Very professional, pleasant and always early for every trip. He provided info on places we wanted to go and additional options. Was very attentive and made us feel safe wherever we went. It was such a pleasure having him around. Was so impressed when he actually called to ensure we made it back to the US safely. You have a gem of an employee.

Our driver Michael was waiting on us when we arrived in Kingston and was very polite, professional and helpful. The van was very clean and spacious. Michael was prompt every day and took us wherever we wanted. Kudos again to him for the service level he provided and he even called the day after we returned home to see if we made it safe. Feb 13-20, 2015 Our entire extended family spent a week in Montego Bay. We hired Robert Rodney (based on a previous visit / positive experience) to tour the island in one of their 15 seat vans. Jamaica is a wonderful place to visit, but Robert made the trip so much more enjoyable. He took us to see all of the attractions in and around Montego Bay, as well as in Negril. Robert was so professional, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is a living encyclopedia for Jamaican facts, culture, people and places, and in the remote chance he doesn't know something he always says, "I'm not sure, but I will find out for you" even if it's not that important. His sole goal was to ensure we had a wonderful time, and he was constantly going out of his way to make our trip outstanding. He's nothing short of a walking ambassador for the island and the people of Jamaica, and we were so fortunate to have him with us the entire time.....our trip simply wouldn't have been the same without him. He'd often drop us off at our rental home late at night, and every morning when he showed up the van would be spotless inside and out (which is a real feat considering that there were 7 children and 8 adults in our group). My wife and I have had the opportunity to visit many countries, but we've never had a tour guide that was as terrific as Robert. There's much more to see of Jamaica (as we learned by speaking with Robert), and we'll certainly call ahead for Robert next time as well.

I think my sister-in-law had a crush on him or at least liked to tease him. What little exposure we had to Steve showed him to be a good driver, considerate and dependable. Please pass on my comments to Uton, Steve and the other driver (don't remember his name). Also know that if we come back to Jamaica next year, you will be our choice for transportation. October 20 & 27, 2011   We arrived in Kingston from the UK and was a little worried since we hadnever used a private transfer before. Karandas Tours were waiting for us as they promised. We knew in advance that we would have to pay the driver in fullfor our return transfer on our arrival in Kingston. Therefore, we worried again about our pick up from our hotel in Ocho Rios. All went very well and ourdriver picked us up dead on time as promised. Be prepared though, to tip which is fair, since Kingston to Ocho Rios and back is no hop, skip and jump. Thank you Karandas Tours and yes we will definately book again with you. I would like also to mention the lovely friendly service you provide on the telephone.  Levi family

Oct 6 & 12, 2011 My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Karandas Tours and would very likely use this service the next time we are in Jamaica. We had two different drivers, one to the hotel and one to the airport. Both were excellent. The driver who took us back to the airport was very considerate and stopped at several places along the route to allow us to take pictures or to take pictures of us. Both drivers were very knowledgeable and made the trip more enjoyable. The only drawback was the major lack of leg room in the van. However, that appears to be the standard vehicle in Jamaica, so it's not a huge deal or anything. Thanks for the great service and ease of use Sincerely, Bailey
