TERMS OF RESERVATIONS

Please carefully read and agree to the terms in the following information before making reservations, as it explains how reservations are handled when received and confirmed as well as the conditions of refund in case of cancellation. Explanation of these terms helps you to understand that these policies are made in order to be fair to all participants. If you have any questions prior to making reservations, please contact us by email. We require a 25% deposit to confirm all reservations and currently accept all major credit cards through paypal. Once your credit card is processed for the deposit, we will send a confirmation by email stating the flight information, number of passengers, destination, deposit amount, balance due, details of the service required, our emergency contact numbers as well as instructions for meeting the driver. The balance will become due on arrival at your destination. Karandas Tours Ltd. will not assume responsibility for incorrect email addresses, dates, times, flight details or any other information provided to us by (you) the Purchaser. You are responsible for advising any flight schedule or other changes done to your itinerary after your confirmation. Karandas Tours Ltd. will not be held responsible for injuries, death or loss of personal effects while on the tours or excursions. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours (unless noted otherwise). Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations seven (7) days or more before arrival,however, for airport transfers full refund is given ONLY if there are flight cancellation(s) and client (s) notify us a minimum of four (4) hours before flight arrival. **** All sightseeing of attractions are arranged on Island and do not require a deposit.
